My Own Health Journey

At 56, I'm 15 pounds lighter, have lost 8 inches overall, am more toned, and have a lot more energy than five years ago. See photo comparison below. Iā€™m 30 pounds lighter than high school; however, my muscle tone and energy levels really peaked in the last five years since adjusting my nutrition.

What we eat equates to 80% of the impact on gaining a leaner physique. I found this fact to be true as I began to eat more nutrient rich foods and increased my protein intake. The remaining 20% comes primarily from strength and resistance training. I also participate in other activities as time permits such as Pilates, yoga, power walking, hiking, and rucking.

I've experienced firsthand the profound impact that a commitment to healthy eating and regular movement can have on energy and well-being. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their healthy living goals and offer tailored health coaching programs to fit various lifestyles and budgets. These programs include:

  3. 5-Day Healthy Eating Reset: A virtual clean eating program to jump-start your health journey (next session starts September/October timeframe).
